If your order arrived damaged, we're sorry! Please contact us at customerservice@taylor2hair.skin@gmail.com and provide any photos of how your product(s) arrived. Allow our Customer Service Department to get back to you within 48-72 hours, as we investigate the issues experienced during transit.
We will refund your order once unopened items are received at our fulfillment center. Please keep in mind, the consumer is responsible for shipping charges.  
All returns must be authorized through our customer service department first before being shipped back to our warehouse. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your return.
